If you’re new to out-of-court conflict resolution, we can arrange a process we call A.O.A. – that’s Agreement Options Assessment – that will give you all the information you need to move forward.

We’ll review the pros and cons of mediation and arbitration and, most important, answer your questions and let you make informed decisions about how to proceed.

This introductory session usually takes 60-90 minutes, at your offices or ours.
